"We switched to Schlievert after having issues with a previous plumbing company and we've loved the service. Looking at the 1 star reviews it seems people are most annoyed by response time. This is a smaller plumbing company so they don't have a fleet of plumbers they can send out. If you want a personal, well thought out diagnosis, I 100% recommend them. In only 2 trips They fixed multiple sinks in my house and diagnosed my dishwasher and shower where other plumbers were dismissive of our concerns. However, if you're looking for larger scale projects and have tight deadlines, they might not be the right fit for you. We need to replace our sump pump after the crazy rains and they let us know ahead of time that it will be a couple of weeks before they could do that work after diagnosing it. But they were up front and honest about that and for this project, it's not an emergency for us so a longer wait is okay."
